On the right you can download some cases from our files. These come from our 2007 and 2001 biennial reviews and show the nature of concerns we handle and the type of advice we have given. When we are approached early, we have a great track record in avoiding things going wrong as the concern is raised constructively and addressed properly. So a lot of our work falls into the good news is no news category. This is explained more in the biennial reviews which also include a summary of statistics about and feedback from our helpline during the period.
