If you have a comment or suggestion on how we can improve our service or you wish to thank the person who advised you, please email feedback@pcaw.co.uk
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please use one or more of these are the options -
- If you are unhappy with the advice or our service, please tell the adviser and he or she will refer you to another one of our senior lawyers.
- If you prefer, you can make a formal complaint, by writing an email (feedback@pcaw.co.uk) or letter to the Director at PCaW, Suite 301, 16 Baldwins Gardens, London EC1N 7RJ. If the complaint is about the Director, please address your letter to Michael Smyth, the Chairman of Trustees at the same address.
- If you do make a formal complaint we aim to respond to you within 10 working days.
- If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint, you can write to the Chairman of Trustees or alternatively to Michael Brindle QC, Chairman of the Advisory Council.
Outside bodies
As a charity, we are regulated by the Charity Commission .
Our senior lawyers are separately subject to the professional rules of the Bar Council and Law Society. If you want to complain to them, please ask us first which is the appropriate body.
